THINK FOOD SAFETY is our central theme to both our retail and wholesale growing operation. We are in the business of growing food that people eat and must keep that in mind in every aspect of what we do. We want our customers to benefit from the highest nutritional value of our produce without any safety risks. Successful growing starts with a cleanly seeding process. We clean and sanitize everything before use to reduce harmful molds and fungi. We sanitize everything before transplanting. We wear rubber gloves to eliminate the spread of plant and human bacterial diseases. We keep growing areas clean of debris at all times. We use only Organic certified products for pest and fungus control. At harvest time, we clean and sanitize everything that comes in contact with our produce. Every piece of piece of edible produce that leaves our farm will meet our mission statement of being the highest quality, highest nutritional value, and safest produce on the market.
We grow Apples, Beans, Beets, Blueberries, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Cantaloupe, Celery, Corn, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Herbs, Honeydew, Kale, Lettuce, Microgreens, Peas, Peppers, Pumpkins, Radishes, Scallions, Spinach, Squash, Strawberries, Swiss Chard, and Tomatoes, and Watermelon.
Most all of our crops are grown in using Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) and Hydroponic growing techniques. All of our crops are provided the ideal growing environment which yields the freshest, highest quality, highest nutritional value for your diet.
Although we are not certified, we use Organic growing practices for all of our crops. We use non-gmo seeds, organic seeds, organic growing media, and organic fertilizers whenever possible. This allows us to keep the costs down but quality and food safety high.
Retail Farm Market
We harvest our crops fresh daily and sell them at our Farm Market from 10am to 6pm everyday of the week. This year our Farm Market is open from 4/28/23 to 10/31/23. Visit our Farm Market Home Page for more information.
We strive to develop long term win/win relationships with our wholesale customers. We work with our customers and agree on which crops, quantities, harvest dates, and pricing upfront - we call this our "Grow to Order" program. This business model is a win/win – our customers know ahead of time when they will have produce at a guaranteed price and we know we will get a return on our hard work. Our Grow to Order customers are given first priority for weekly harvests...customers who are looking for produce outside of the Grow to Order program are subject to pricing and availability changes throughout the season.
We grow some crops all year round. Different crops take a different amount of time to grow (days to harvest). All crops grow more slowly during short days and more quickly during long daylight days.
Want to buy fresh wholesale produce from our farm? If so, Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create a customer login in for you.
